This is an ambling, meandering, lackadaisical march that loosely describes a wobbling procession of funny, quacking, flat-footed ducks but it could easily be adapted to other, more human activities where attention is minimal, naive and unfocussed e.g. sightseers, tourists, gossiping shoppers, window shopping, inept workmen etc.
Reminiscent of the mime films of Eric Sykes in the 1960s and 1970s, this is a light, humorous and playful piece. The march as a musical genre generally, has a strong and regular rhythm. This is a modern march tempo of one hundred and twenty beats per minute and is three minutes and twenty four seconds long.
Featuring acoustic bass, the ukulele, acoustic guitar, marimba, piano and tin whistle, this great little composition is suitable for light entertainment films, comedy, cartoons and animation, children's films, advertising, educational, corporate and nature films.
Composed by William Peklinsky BMI. Other music by this composer.
