A quick paced well performed Swinging Jazz piece with a hint of Quincy Jones about it. Featuring phased guitar and vintage electric piano. Very much an improvised feel to this enigmatic piece of royalty free music which rotates around a central melody led by the flute. The backing band comprises of piano, double bass, and expertly played jazz drums. Excellent sound quality, production and composition skills bring this instrumental to life, offering excellent value for money for the media producer searching for a authentic, well written instrumental to furnish his or her media production. To suit all kinds of media productions, including Film production, dramas, documentaries, radio jingles, website development and podcasting.
Swinging Jazz, derived from Jazz, began to develop early in the 1930s and became a distinctive style in the USA during the same decade. It a strong anchoring rhythm section which can support a lead section that can include a variety of instruments such as trumpets, trombones, saxophones, clarinets, piano, violin and guitar. Typically, medium to fast tempos are used and a "lilting" swing time rhythm. Most Swing bands feature a soloist/s who would improvise a new melody over the arrangement. Famous band leader like Benny Goodman and Count Basie led this very popular dance music in the nineteen thirties and forties. The verb "to swing" is also used as a musical term for music that has a strong rhythmic "groove" or drive.
Composed by William Peklinsky BMI. Other music by this composer.
