This piece of on hold music is an extended version of an modern interpretation of a Borodin piece from the Polovetsian Dances. This very famous piece was also adapted by Robert Wright and George Forrest in to the song Stranger In Paradise which was a hit in the musical "Kismet" in 1953. This arrangement with its wonderful female vocals brings the music into the 21st century by carefully adding percussion, drums and bass to a light orchestral arrangement. The result is stunning and memorable. This extended version has a running time of four minutes and fifty seconds.
